Job summary

TrueBlue is seeking an Insurance & Worker Compensation Specialist to join our operations team. The role focuses on handling insurance policies, certificates of insurance, and vendor management processes to support our clients and internal teams.

You will work with US state filings, manage claims data, and resolve tickets with a commitment to accuracy and customer service, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation provide our customer with the certificate of insurance in accordance with their coverage needs
• Use vendor management software to handle insurance certificates and process departmental invoices.
• Maintain an accurate database by using vendor management software for claims. If discrepancies are found, collaborate with the vendor to amend their system.
• Prepare the work wage sheet of the injured worker for our vendor
• Resolve tickets in My Service Center with quality customer service.
• Work independently with the US state for monopolistic state fillings and self insurance and pay premiums on schedule.
• Apply approved variances in point-of-sale system and manage off-site records coordination.
