Job summary

TrueBlue India is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage US payroll processes, garnishment handling, and ServiceNow inquiries in a dynamic, multi-unit organization. You will ensure SLA/TAT adherence, maintain accurate records, and support audits while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in US payroll, MS Office proficiency, and strong organizational skills. This position is based in India with potential for cross-border processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in US Payroll.
• Experience in a multi-unit corporate organization with global exposure.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; strong MS Office skills.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Running reports on employee earnings to answer questions from various governmental agencies.
• Process & answer payroll queries on ServiceNow portal.
• Enter new garnishment orders into various payroll systems.
• Enter changes and termination of garnishment orders into various payroll systems.
• Scan and upload garnishment order file and attach it to the employee profile in the payroll.
• Prepare a log of the tickets received on daily basis.
• Process certified payroll reports for Prevailing wage jobs.
• Process weekly payrolls and handle Client queries.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate historical records.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Ensuring process SLA’s & TAT are met.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.
