The Financial Analyst will be reportingto Lead FP&A responsible for the preparation, reporting, varianceanalysis of the departmental budgets, forecasts, and key financial metrics. Therole will be responsible for business performance reporting using differenttypes of financial and business metrics to generate insights for the seniorleaders.

• Prepareperiodic financial reports (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly) for seniormanagement.
  
• Assist withad-hoc assignments and reporting requirements as they arise.
  
• Buildcohesive narratives in communicating results to senior management and presentthe data with high end insights.
  
• Driveinitiatives to build analytics for a better presentation of the financials tobusiness.
  
• Building& assisting financial models or maintaining/updating existing models tosupport financial analysis.
  
• Communicateeffectively with key FP&A stakeholders and global teams across Finance.
  
• Identify andexecute opportunities to improvise the existing processes/reporting to drivestandardization across teams.

Requirements

Skills& Qualifications:

• Havean eye to details in reconciling various reports and various tabs within areport
  
• Flexibilityin work hours (be able to cross with US Finance team in India’s evenings)
