Job summary

Roundglass Wellbeing Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition in Mohali to own full-cycle recruiting for targeted job families. You will drive hiring of exceptional talent at the right time and cost by leveraging a mix of talent-sourcing channels.

You will deliver high-quality candidates, manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and present offers to hiring managers, while building a proactive talent network that supports business needs.

• Experience with recruiting applications, social media, and other tools.
• Experience negotiating salaries with candidates.
• Strong team player with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Must be solutions-focused and able to develop innovative solutions quickly.
• Proven ability to balance quality and quantity of hires.
• Effective communication across groups and with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality candidates and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and recommendations for requisitions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to assess recruiting plans and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Utilize cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Stay informed of trends in recruiting and interviewing to stay competitive.
• Prepare and present job offers to candidates with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Wellbeing Partner and BU Leads to build proactive talent networks.
• Infuse technology and operational improvements throughout TA lifecycle.

• Responsible for delivering high quality candidates, while guidinghiring managers andcandidatesthrough the selection process in an expedient manner.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications :

• Demonstrated ability with and interest in recruiting for a diverse spectrum of positions


• Experience working in anenvironment that embraces technology, including previous experiencemanaging/implementing recruiting applications/social media and other recruitingtools


• Experience in salary negotiations with candidates


• Strong teamplayer; the ability to work closely with the broader recruiting teammembers and hiring managers


• Must have a \"solutions-focus\", being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly


• Demonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality as well as quantity of candidates and hires


• Effective sourcing skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasivecommunication skills are necessary.
