Job summary

EazyIoT is seeking a Finance Manager/Analyst to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance and MIS reporting as we scale our IoT deployments across India.

The role involves leading an accounting team to ensure accurate sales, purchase and bank entries, while handling GST and TDS filings and coordinating with the ERP system Odoo. We offer a collaborative environment with growth opportunities and a flexible work culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience with GST filings and TDS.
• Experience with MIS reporting and cost centres.
• ERP experience, preferably Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Manage accountants to ensure that sale, purchase and bank entries are recorded accurately and on time.
• Handle GSTR-1, GSTR-3, GSTR-9 and TDS filing.
• Carry out GSTR-2 PR reconciliation and TDS-TCS reconciliation.
• Prepare books for statutory audit and tax audit.
• Prepare MIS reports by analysing sales, purchases, inventory and cost centres.
• Ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Review and update bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Work with ERP systems such as Odoo.
• Support purchase activities with regular suppliers as needed.
