Job summary

Viliso Technologies is seeking a hands-on and responsible Accountant to own day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The role involves managing accounting entries, invoicing, reconciliations and GST/TDS compliance while coordinating with management, customers, vendors, banks and auditors.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Com/M.Com or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong command of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and Excel.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Proficient in MS Excel and maintaining ledgers.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt and expense entries.
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes and customer statements.
• Follow up on customer outstanding payments and reconcile ledgers.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and tax consultants.

Ltd. is a growing Indian technology company engaged in the development and deployment of IoT-based environmental, health and hygiene monitoring solutions.Our solutions are being deployed across India with customers including BPCL, Indian Railways, BMC, Delhi Metro and other institutional clients.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a hands-on and responsible Accountant who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

The Opportunity

This is not just a data-entry accounting role. We are looking for someone who can independently manage accounting activities and work closely with management, customers, vendors, banks, auditors and tax consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt and expense entries.
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes and customer statements.
• Follow up and monitor customer outstanding payments.
• Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
• Handle GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GST reconciliation.
• Handle TDS calculation, payment and return-related activities.
• Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS, ageing and outstanding reports for management.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banks.
• Assist in monthly/year-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

What We Are Looking For

Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalentExperience: 35 years of relevant experienceMust Have:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
• Good knowledge of GST & TDS
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation
• Understanding of receivables, payables and taxation
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred: Experience in a technology, manufacturing, engineering or start-up environment.
