Qualifications

• CA final/CA Inter or M.Com background required.
• 5–10 years of experience in finance & accounting as per JD.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

Finance & Accounting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure corporate compliances
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.

Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with government authorities and consultants on tax matters.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and implement necessary controls.

Internal Controls & Audit

• Develop and implement financial controls and SOPs.
• Conduct periodic reviews of inventory, procurement, and operational controls.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant CA final/CA Inter/M.Com
• 5 to 10 years of experience as per the above JD
• Strong knowledge of all statutory compliances and reporting requirements
• Proficiency in SAP systems
