Confidential is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee internal controls, risk management and financial planning for its construction and infrastructure portfolio in Kerala. The role drives statutory compliance, tax planning and robust MIS to support project execution and governance.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years in finance and accounts, with 4–5 years in construction/real estate, and hold CA/MBA/M.Com credentials. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee internal controls and risk management across projects and operations.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and fund allocation.
• Ensure statutory compliance and taxation as per Indian laws.
• Manage procurement and cost control to optimise project margins.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting and MIS for timely decision making.
• Provide project financial support and insights to leadership.
• Lead and develop the finance team through delegation and mentorship.
