Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on budgeting, financial reporting, and audits.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally)
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating with external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, finance, and treasury operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Supervise and guide finance and accounting team members.
• Support management in strategic planning, cost optimization, and risk management.
