Job summary

ATA Business Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and audits across group entities.

You will lead a team handling AP/AR/GL, ensure timely closings, and drive cash flow reporting. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in corporate accounting, with CA/ICWA or equivalent qualifications, and strong ERP (Tally SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications including commerce or finance with professional qualification in CA/ICWA or equivalent.
• Experience of 6–10 years in corporate accounting, ideally in group businesses or multi-entity projects.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Tally Prime, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of books and monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Drive GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, and ROC filing requirements and related compliance.
• Lead internal, statutory, and tax audits and manage banking facilities.
• Mentor AP/AR and GL teams with strict SLA for billing and collections.
• Prepare cash flow projections, rolling budgets, and management reports.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Financial Finalization & Reporting: Oversee full set of books; manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, trial balance scrubbing, P&L, and Balance Sheet finalization.
• Statutory Compliance & Taxation: Drive complete tax compliance including GST return filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9C), TDS/TCS calculation and quarterly returns, Income Tax, and ROC filing requirements.
• Audit & Banking Operations: Lead internal, statutory, and tax audits. Handle banking facilities, working capital limits, bank guarantees (BGs), letters of credit (LCs), and fund transfers.
• Team Supervision: Manage and mentor AP, AR, and general ledger teams, ensuring strict SLAs for bill processing and collections.
• Cash Flow & MIS: Prepare daily/weekly cash flow projections, rolling budgets, variance analysis, and management reports for directors.
• Inter-Company Reconciliations: Reconcile ledgers, capital investments, and transaction flows across group companies/SPVs on a monthly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Com + CA (Inter/Final) / ICWA / M.Com / MBA Finance.
• Experience: 610 years of experience in corporate accounting, preferably within group businesses, infrastructure, solar/renewable energy, or multi-entity projects.
• Software: Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, SAP, or similar ERPs, along with Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, financial models).
• Soft Skills: High analytical ability, leadership, strong verbal/written communication, and audit handling skills.
