Job summary

ISF Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee end-to-end accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a manufacturing setup. The role requires GST expertise, strong team leadership, and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

You will manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and collaborate with auditors and banks to maintain financial integrity and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.
• In-depth understanding of GST, taxation laws, and financial regulations in India.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable to optimize cash flow and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, income tax and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee GST filings, input tax credit reconciliation and GST law compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of finance professionals.
• Provide actionable financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with auditors, banks, and regulators to ensure smooth operations.

• 4. Taxation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, income tax, and other relevant tax regulations.
• 5. GST Management: Oversee GST filings, input tax credit reconciliation, and compliance with GST laws.
• 6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
• 7. Financial Analysis: Provide actionable insights through financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile
