Job summary

Damji Shamji Shah Group in Mumbai is seeking a Chartered Accountant to lead day-to-day accounting and oversee the Finance & Accounts function within a real estate environment.

You will manage balance sheets, P&L finalisation, GST/TDS compliance, and monthly MIS with cash flow and project-wise reports, while coordinating with auditors, consultants and statutory authorities to ensure timely financial information for management decision-making.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with real estate accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Experience with Tally/ERP systems; Farvision is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Experience with finalisation of accounts and MIS.
