Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Mysuru, Karnataka, seeks an experienced Accounts & Finance leader to manage end‑to‑end finance functions, ensure timely closure of financial statements, and strengthen financial controls in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires 10–20 years of experience with MBA (Finance) or CA/Inter CMA/Inter, plus strong GST and income tax knowledge. You will mentor the Accounts team and partner with management on strategic planning.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) or CA/Inter CMA/Inter required.
• Additional knowledge of corporate taxation and statutory compliance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Accounts & Finance function.
• Ensure timely finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and schedules.
• Oversee GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, assessments and audits.
• Handle Income Tax compliance including ITR filing and tax planning.
• Ensure ROC filings and other Companies Act requirements.
• Coordinate statutory audits and liaise with auditors/regulators.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other regulations.
• Monitor internal controls and accounting policies; drive process improvements.
• Mentor the Accounts team and support strategic decision-making.

• Oversee GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, assessments, and audits.
• Handle Income Tax compliance, including Company Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, tax planning, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ROC filings and other requirements under the Companies Act.
• Coordinate and manage statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and liaison with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Monitor internal financial controls, accounting policies, and process improvements.
• Guide and mentor the Accounts team while ensuring timely closure of books.
• Support management in strategic financial planning and business decision-making.
