Job summary

Duruper, Hyderabad-based company, is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and daily finance operations. You will ensure accurate records, statutory compliance, and effective team management across functions.

You will manage payables and receivables, prepare monthly P&L and financial statements, handle GST/TDS, costing, and inventory accounting, and coordinate with auditors and banks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Experience in financial reporting, costing, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting including payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS, Cash-flow, and financial reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and expense control.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Review accounting entries, invoices, and financial documents for accuracy.
• Lead and supervise the Accounts team.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Operations, and Management on finance-related matters.
