Job summary

Artax Associates Pune is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the Accounts & Finance function. Responsibilities include overall financial management, planning, and control, with deep expertise in accounting, Tally Prime, and finalisation of accounts.

You will manage direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS), tax planning, and statutory compliance, while overseeing cash flow, fund planning, and financial MIS.

• Overall Financial Management, Planning & Control.
• Accounting, Tally Prime & Finalisation of Accounts.
• Direct & Indirect Taxation including Income Tax, GST & TDS.
• Tax Planning and ensuring timely statutory compliances.
• Cash Flow, Fund Flow & Financial MIS monitoring.
• Funds Planning, working capital management and optimum funds utilisation.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis.
• Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors, Banks & Consultants.
• Review of Receivables, Payables and Banking operations.
• Support management in financial planning and key financial decisions.
