Job summary

Whiteband AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and reporting.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in finance functions within a growing organization. The role requires leadership of finance operations, collaboration with auditors and regulators, and ensuring robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum 58 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and Companies Act compliances.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost optimization measures.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and tax payments.
• Support management with financial planning and business decisions.
• Implement and improve financial controls and internal processes.
• Assist in fundraising, due diligence, and investment activities when required.
