Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager (Individual Contributor) with 5–9 years of experience to independently manage the organization’s Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Taxation, Audit, Financial Reporting, and Treasury Operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in end-to-end accounting, book closure, statutory compliance, GST & TDS filings, financial statement preparation, audit management, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and financial controls. This role requires a high level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work independently while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting Operations.
• Own Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Book Closures and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and review Financial Statements, MIS Reports, Management Reports, and business performance analysis.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Lead and coordinate Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits.
• Perform General Ledger Reviews, Account Reconciliations, and ensure the integrity of accounting data.
• Manage Cash Flow, Working Capital, Treasury Operations, and banking relationships.
• Drive Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis to support business planning.
• Establish and strengthen Internal Controls, Financial Governance, and Compliance Frameworks.
• Coordinate with Auditors, Consultants, Banks, and Regulatory Authorities.
• Identify opportunities for Process Improvements, Automation, and enhanced financial efficiency.
