Job summary

Beardo in Ahmedabad seeks a Chartered Accountant to lead commercial finance for our E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels. You will own end-to-end P&L, drive negotiations with key partners, and manage budgets.

Ideal candidates hold CA certification with proven experience in Commercial/Sales/Channel Finance, and have exposure to E-commerce, Q-commerce, FMCG, or high-growth startups. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with strong finance background in commercial contexts.
• Experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Channel Finance is required.
• Exposure to E-commerce, Quick Commerce, FMCG, or fast-growing startups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable for E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels.
• Drive commercial negotiations with key E-commerce and Q-commerce partners.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and financial risks.
• Lead customer reconciliations and ensure timely closure with NDCs.
• Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for assigned channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Conduct market benchmarking and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Drive commercial excellence and oversee team performance to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze channel profitability, margins, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.
