Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Bengaluru, India is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead planning, budgeting and forecasting for its e-commerce initiatives. You will own the P&L, drive variance analysis, and partner with finance, marketing, and operations to optimize ROI across digital campaigns and promotions.

You will build robust financial models, track key metrics like CAC, LTV and ROAS, and support pricing decisions.

Job description

• Partner closely with business, operations, and finance teams to analyze financial performance and improve business processes.
• Drive end-to-end financial performance management including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Evaluate ROI on performance marketing spends, digital campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Prepare annual operating plans, business plans, and monitor achievement against financial and operational KPIs.
• Support commercial structuring, pricing strategy, and discounting decisions across various digital platforms and marketplaces.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory optimization, and working capital management.
• Monitor and report key financial metrics and business trends to leadership teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations for revenue enhancement, profitability improvement, and capital allocation.
• Conduct product costing, margin analysis, profitability tracking, and support pricing strategy initiatives.

Track and improve key digital metrics including:

• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
