Job summary

Beardo is seeking a Chartered Accountant to lead Commercial Finance for our E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels. You will drive channel P&L, oversee trade spends, and strengthen commercial controls while partnering with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations.

You will negotiate with key partners, monitor budgets and performance, coach a finance team, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions. The role demands strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with strong financial planning and analytical skills.
• Experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Channel Finance in e-commerce or fast-growth environments.
• Proven ability to manage channel P&L and negotiate with trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable for e-commerce and Q-commerce channels.
• Drive commercial negotiations with key e-commerce and Q-commerce partners.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and financial risks.
• Lead customer reconciliations and ensure timely closure with NDCs.
• Own and manage end-to-end P&L for assigned channels.
