Job summary

Job description

Chartered Accountant/Master's degree in business studies/business administration with specialization in finance/accounts. Must have an experience of working in at least 1 project funded by multilateral development agencies such as the World Bank, ADB, among others

• About 5 years of experience in financial management with an in- depth financial knowledge of local governments intergovernmental fiscal transfers, budgeting and planning mechanisms, fund flow management, revenue management, accounting, auditing, reporting and expenditure management is required.
• Experience in working with local governments in India will be preferred.
• Has a good understanding of public financial management and International best practices in accounting and auditing at the local government level.
