Job summary

Windows Consultants in Delhi (Panchsheel) seeks an Accounts & Finance Manager with 8-10 years of relevant experience to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, and banking activities.

Key tasks include day-to-day accounting, month-end closing, MIS reporting, fund and cash flow management, vendor payments, and coordination with auditors. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance management, banking operations, and fund management.
• Experience in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and General Ledger.
• Hands on experience in month-end closing, finalization of accounts, and preparation of MIS reports.
• Manage fund flow, cash flow, vendor payments, and working capital.
• Handled banking activities, including bank facilities, Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee coordination, and banker relationships.
• Experience in coordinating with statutory and internal auditors for audits and financial requirements.
• Supervise payroll processing and employee reimbursement activities.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, online banking, fund management, and financial reporting.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager Accounts & Finance to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, and banking activities.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance management, banking operations, and fund management.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and General Ledger.
• Experience in preparing and posting journal entries.
• Hands on experience in month-end closing, finalization of accounts, and preparation of MIS reports.
• Manage fund flow, cash flow, vendor payments, and working capital.
• Handled banking activities, including bank facilities, Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee coordination, and banker relationships.
