Job Description

• Lead financial management of programme and multi-donor grants, ensuring efficient fund utilisation and compliance.
• Develop and monitor project budgets in partnership with programme teams.
• Manage grant lifecycles, donor financial reporting, and cost analysis of partners and Centres.
• Ensure statutory compliance, strong internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Oversee partner due diligence and build financial capacity of programme teams.

Job Requirements

• Masters in Finance / MBA / CA with 10–12 years of experience in NGO finance.
• Strong experience in multi-donor project finance and grant management.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance in the Indian social sector.
