Regrip in India, Rajasthan invites a senior Finance Leader to define and drive the company’s financial strategy, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to ensure discipline, optimize resources, and steward all core financial functions including accounting, budgeting, treasury and reporting.

The role demands 5–10 years of leadership experience, CA or CFA qualifications (MBA a plus), and a proven track record in fundraising and governance, with startup fundraising exposure highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • CA or CFA is mandatory; MBA is an added advantage.
  • 5–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in strategic finance, fundraising, and corporate governance.
  • Exposure to Series B (or later) funded start-ups is highly desirable.
