KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Leadership and Strategy

• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to identify and evaluate strategic business opportunities, including expansions, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Fund Raising & Management

• Develop and implement effective fund-raising strategies to secure capital for the company's growth and operation.
• Identify and engage with potential investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
• Collaborate with investment partners and financial institutions to explore diverse investment opportunities.
