Job summary

Qualifications

• BE/BTech and MBA or CA is preferred.
• Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategy, or CEO/CFOs Office.
• Experience in management consulting, business analytics, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in engineering/technology/ER&D or complex B2B environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Support the CFO in driving and monitoring strategic,financial, and operational priorities.
• Conduct financial, business, industry, and competitor analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, analytical reports, dashboards, and briefing notes for leadership and Board-level discussions.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and periodic business review processes.
• Develop structured insights from financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
• Track key business initiatives, identify potential risks or delays, and facilitate timely closure of action items.

Executive Review and Governance

• Coordinate and support business performance reviews with business units, delivery teams, sales leadership, and corporate functions.
• Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders and convert them into clear, decision-oriented summaries.
• Track key financial and operational metrics, including revenue, profitability, cash flow, working capital, investments, and productivity.
• Maintain structured governance mechanisms for monitoring strategic initiatives and commitments.
• Ensure timely follow-up on decisions and action items arising from executive meetings.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Business, Sales, Delivery, Strategy, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions. Act as a central coordination point for strategic matters requiring the CFOs attention.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure that critical matters are addressed within defined timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E + MBA from a Premier institute Or CA.
• Relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Corporate finance
• Business finance or financial planning and analysis
• Strategy or CEO/CFOs Office
• Management consulting
• Business analytics
• Technology-enabled transformation
• Corporate planning or program management
• Experience working in an engineering, technology, ER&D, IT services, consulting,or other complex B2B environment would be advantageous.
• Prior exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional strategic initiatives is preferred.
