Job summary

Corenza is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience to lead finance, compliance, and investor relations across multiple business verticals. The role focuses on revenue recognition, internal controls, and taxation, with active involvement in fundraising and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will navigate startup dynamics, collaborate with stakeholders, and liaise with auditors, drawing on Big 4 exposure and robust financial systems development.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 8 years of experience.
• Experience in Investor Engagement, Inventory Management, Financial Systems Development, Accounting Operations, Fundraising Activities.
• Oversee the accurate and timely revenue booking for all business verticals.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Handling direct, Indirect & International taxation for the Company.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in planning and executing fund raising activities.
• Generate reports related to the business to support fundraising initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly profit and loss statements for each business vertical.
• Provide external auditors with the necessary documentation and support.
• The candidate should have a work knowledge in Start-ups & Big 4s.

Responsibilities
