Lead end-to-end fundraising activities — term loans, working capital facilities, CC limits, LC facilities, WCTL and structured debt from banks, NBFCs and alternative lenders. Prepare and present CMA data, project reports, financial projections, information memorandums and credit notes for bank submissions. Manage relationships with existing bankers, lenders and financial institutions — including regular reviews, renewals, enhancements and compliance reporting. Handle stressed and NPA account resolution — develop and negotiate OTS (One Time Settlement) proposals, restructuring plans and resolution strategies with banks and ARCs. Liaise with Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs), NARCL and resolution professionals for stressed account management and debt resolution. Coordinate with CA firms, legal advisors and financial consultants for documentation, due diligence and regulatory compliance related to fundraising and resolution. Monitor working capital utilisation, drawing power, stock statements, debtor creditor positions and ensure timely submission to lenders. Track and ensure compliance with all loan covenants, reporting requirements and lender conditions on an ongoing basis. Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow projections, fund flow statements and financial dashboards for management and lender review. Identify and evaluate alternative financing options — private credit, family office funding, MSME schemes, government-backed credit guarantee schemes and priority sector lending. Support management in strategic financial planning, capital restructuring and balance sheet strengthening initiatives. Coordinate with Registrar of Companies, CIBIL, CERSAI and other regulatory bodies for necessary filings and compliance.
Candidates with prior experience in steel, manufacturing or capital-intensive industries and a demonstrable track record of OTS settlements or debt restructuring will be strongly preferred.
