Job summary

Sugna Tmt seeks a seasoned Finance Head / GM- Finance to lead corporate finance, treasury and strategic financial planning for an integrated steel plant. You will drive project finance, banking relations, and capital structuring, shaping a robust financial roadmap across multiple business units.

The role demands 18–25 years of experience with CA/MBA/ICWA qualifications, and proficiency in CMA data, financial modelling and SAP/ERP. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold CA or MBA (Finance) or ICWA with relevant certification.
• Experience range: 18 to 25 years in corporate finance roles.
• Exposure to steel/Heavy Industry finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Finance, Treasury, project finance and banking relations.
• Arrange term loans, working capital facilities, ECB and structured finance.
• Prepare DPR, TEV reports, and financial models for decisions.
• Manage debt restructuring, refinancing and debt swaps.
• Oversee equity raising, valuation and investor presentations.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
• Manage loan documentation, security creation and disbursement.
• Ensure pre- and post-disbursement compliance and governance.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow management and working capital.
• Handle LC, BG, buyers credit and trade finance operations.
• Manage consortium banking and credit rating processes.
• Prepare CMA data and bank credit proposals.
• Lead budgeting, MIS and financial modelling for business planning.
• Monitor capex, project costs and profitability analysis.
• Lead finance, treasury and commercial teams.
