Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Delhi seeks a Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, and project finance to drive funding strategies and manage key relationships with investors and financial partners.

You will lead financial modelling, due diligence, and the preparation of investment proposals, while coordinating across Investment, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising transactions.

• Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis.
• Ability to understand and navigate complex financial models.

Preferred Experience:
