Job summary

Amor Management Consultants in Pune seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the complete Finance and Accounting function for a German MNC's Indian manufacturing subsidiary. You will oversee financial controls, taxation, budgeting, MIS, and group reporting.

The role requires 8–12 years in manufacturing finance, strong GST, tax, and statutory knowledge, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience with independent functional ownership.
• Manufacturing experience is mandatory; automotive components preferred.
• Experience with MNC / foreign subsidiary environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act, costing and plant controlling.
• Exposure to Group Reporting / German GAAP (HGB) is an advantage.
• CA-Inter / CMA-Inter will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting, Taxation and Statutory Compliance for the India entity.
• Establish finance processes, SOPs, internal controls and reporting systems.
• Manage AP, AR, GL, banking, fixed assets, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA and Companies Act compliance.
• Drive product/process costing, inventory valuation, plant controlling and variance analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow plans and monthly MIS for management.
• Manage India–Germany group reporting, including monthly P&L reporting and HGB reconciliation.
• Support preparation of annual financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) for group consolidation.
• Lead statutory audits and coordinate with CAs, tax advisors and compliance partners.
• Oversee ROC/secretarial compliance and outsourced payroll, PF/ESIC compliance.
• Act as the key Finance interface with the German parent company.
