Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in integrated financial management and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with GST, TDS, payroll compliances, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, general ledger, accounting records, and supporting documentation for India and US entities.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and customer billing.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including journal entries, ledger postings, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting for business operations.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to support audits and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Process payroll inputs, employee reimbursements, and related statutory compliances.
• Review financial processes, maintain fixed asset and depreciation records, and support continuous improvement of financial controls and procedures.
