Job summary

Innovation Technology By Design in India (Dadri region) seeks a hands-on Finance Lead to own end-to-end finance and accounting for the India entity. You will manage close processes, accounting integrity, payroll, compliance, and analysis, with potential to scale into global finance roles across geographies based on performance.

You will drive treasury, reporting, budgeting, and automation initiatives while partnering with leadership on profitability and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related field; professional certifications a plus.
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience with hands-on exposure to core FP&A, treasury, payroll, and compliance.
• Strong hands-on expertise across AR, AP, Treasury, Payroll & Reporting; GST, TDS, Income Tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Maintain GL integrity and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and coordinate audits.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and accuracy; ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle F&F settlements and payroll accounting.
• Monitor cash positions and prepare weekly forecasts.
• Build management reports and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Drive variance, trend, and profitability analysis; support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Own collections, invoicing, and DSO improvement; manage vendor payments and AP controls.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance; manage statutory/tax audits.

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented Finance Lead to manage and oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations for our India entity. The ideal candidate will take ownership of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, payroll, compliance, reconciliations, process improvements, and business analysis.

This role offers a unique growth opportunity. While the initial focus is on leading India finance operations, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand responsibilities to support global finance operations across multiple geographies based on demonstrated performance, leadership capability, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Maintain GL integrity and ensure accurate financial statements
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and coordinate audits

Payroll & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and accuracy
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity)
• Handle F&F settlements and payroll accounting

Treasury & Cash Flow

• Monitor cash positions and prepare weekly forecasts
• Manage working capital and liquidity planning

Reporting & Analysis

• Build management reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
• Drive variance, trend, and profitability analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles

AR/AP Management

• Own collections, invoicing, and DSO improvement
• Manage vendor payments and strengthen AP controls

Tax & Regulatory

• Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
• Manage statutory/tax audits and regulatory filings

Process Improvement

• Leverage AI and automation to streamline finance workflows
• Drive finance transformation initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Commerce (CA/CPA/CMA/MBA-Finance a plus)
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience
• Strong hands-on expertise across AR, AP, Treasury, Payroll & Reporting
• Solid grip on GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
• Advanced Excel; QuickBooks experience preferred
