Finance Controller is responsible for driving financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial control while supporting business growth and profitability. The role will lead fundraising, treasury, working capital, compliance, MIS, and stakeholder management, reporting directly to the Director.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives, reporting directly to the Director.
- Develops long-term capital strategy (e.g., funding, treasury, capital allocation).
- Leads fundraising efforts—negotiates with investors, banks, private equity etc.
- Manages relationships with investors, lenders, analysts, and boards.
- Steer efforts in improving profitability and drive the business on a growth path by expansion and implement the new strategy for the organization.
- Hands on experience in: Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and project cost analysis, fund management, working capital management and investments.
- Designing and implementing accounting systems & procedures as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, annual report, and accounts.
- Analysing business operation, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice and report the outcome as part of monthly MIS.
