Job summary

JITO is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller in Surat to lead finance and compliance for a multi-entity group. You will own accounting, taxation, banking, audits, and inter-company transactions while providing strategic insights to leadership.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in finance, strong knowledge of Indian taxation and accounting standards, and experience with multi-entity structures. CA preferred; non-CA considered. Onsite role with founders and leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong expertise in Indian taxation, compliance, and accounting standards.
• Experience in handling multi-entity/group company structures.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• CA preferred; experienced non-CA candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
• Oversee inter-company transactions and balances; coordinate audits and regulators.
• Implement internal financial controls and support planning and decision-making.
