• Educate corporate and retail walk-in clients about banking products (Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Demat Accounts, Wealth Products).
• Drive sales through cold calling, corporate visits, and referrals within the premium BKC hub.
• Cross-sell financial services to existing bank customers to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure strict compliance with banking regulations (KYC, RBI norms).
• Provide exceptional post-sales customer support to maintain strong client relationships.
