Job Title: Financial Services Associate

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month (3.0 - 4.2 LPA)

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, customer-centric, and motivated Graduate/Fresher to join our financial services team in Mumbai. In this role, you will assist clients with financial product offerings, manage customer portfolios, coordinate document verification, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations to support our branch business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and advise clients on diverse financial services and banking products.
• Process, verify, and document client application forms for loans, insurance, or investments.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve operational grievances, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Assist the operations team with daily financial data entry and MIS compliance reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks between internal credit teams and external channel partners.

Required Skills
