Finance Associate

This role focuses on reviewing financial information, analyzing data, and advising internal departments on best practices to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Growth & Compensation

• Salary range: INR 5-7 LPA
• ESOPs and promotions; fast career growth
• Appraisals in six‑month intervals; recent average hikes of 35% (May'21) and 30% (Jan'22)

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end responsibility for payables, receivables, and other key business areas
• Manage cross‑border remittances and coordinate with bankers for FX rates
• Participate in R2R (record‑to‑report) process; ensure accurate recording of key metrics and timely revenue reports
• Basic accounting/tally data entry (if required) and liaison with tax team for compliance
• Complete KYC and documentation for all agents

• Office: Connaught Place, Delhi
• Hours: 9:30 AM onwards until work is done
