About the Company

We are a B2B travel tech startup serving travel agents worldwide with booking and on‑ground travel services.

Job Overview

The Finance Manager will manage finance, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, financial analysis, and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring corporate financial controls and acting as the liaison with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, ensure proper accounting methods and complete annual audits.
• Own tax and compliance functions, ensuring best‑in‑class taxation practices.
• Set up global payments business and compliance, liaising with industry professionals and establishing legal and compliance structures.
• Own fundraising activities: business planning, budgeting, due‑diligence, investor interface, and reporting business metrics.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with finance‑operations work.
• Ability to manage a team of 3 to 5 people.
• Willingness to learn more about business operations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Implement finance and accounting policies.
• Work on audit, tax, and compliance projects.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
