Job summary

Tricog Health is seeking a Finance Associate/Intern to handle accounting operations and financial analysis. You will be involved in invoicing, vendor payments, tax-related filings, audits, and process improvements within a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

Ideal candidates have a B.Com. degree, 0–2 years of finance experience, and strong Excel and analytical skills. This role offers exposure to core finance functions and a path to leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com.) is required or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data handling.
  • Analytical mindset with good numerical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, maintain customer data, record collections, and support litigations for delinquencies.
  • Manage accounts payable: process vendor invoices, verify claims, and track tax invoices.
  • Support finance & compliance: assist with filings, audits, and internal controls; collaborate with other teams.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and seek process improvements and automation.
  • Grow into leadership responsibilities over time.

Job description

We are looking for a Finance Associate/Intern who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with our organization. This role combines accounting operations with financial analysis, offering exposure to core finance functions, compliance, and business decision-making. Role & Responsibilities/Key Activities include:
Accounts Receivable:
  • Prepare and dispatch customer invoices on time.
  • Maintain and review customer master data in ERP systems.
  • Record customer collections daily and reconcile with bank statements.
  • Support legal filings and assist in managing litigations related to defaulting customers.
Accounts Payable
  • Dispatch Form 16A to vendors for TDS deductions on a quarterly basis.
  • Verify invoices and employee reimbursement claims (non-travel).
  • Track and validate tax invoices for vendor payments through corporate credit card.
  • Assist in the physical verification of the company's fixed assets.
Finance & Compliance
  • Support statutory, secretarial, & audit documentation and filings.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and business teams to obtain financial inputs.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
  • Assist in audits and strengthen internal controls.
  • All other activities involved in the finance function may be assigned from time to time.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and grow into leadership responsibilities over time
Requirements:
