Profile Overview

Finance Manager is responsible for managing finance, budgeting & forecasting, compliances, financial analysis & planning while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. The candidate will ensure consistent corporate financial controls & strategy through managing accounts, financial statements, tax data and will be the point of contact for banks, auditors and tax authorities.

Compensation

• Base salary INR 9–15 LPA + ESOPs
• For newly qualified CAs: 13.4 LPA (fixed 11,28,000 + 2,12,000 performance pay)
• Promotions and aggressive growth prospects

Roles & Responsibilities

• Accounting: Manage and oversee entire accounting operations including methods, annual audits.
• Tax & Compliance: Own and ensure best‑in‑class taxation practices.
• Setup Global Payments Business & Compliance: Liaise with industry professionals and establish the correct legal and compliance structure.
• Fundraising: Own business planning, budgeting, compliance, due diligence and investor relations.
