Infinite Locus in Gurugram is seeking a Finance Associate to join our finance team. The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience and strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. You will manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and vendor management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to contribute to month-end close, MIS reporting, and audits while ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates have an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS computations, and reconciliations.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Reconcile GST and TDS ledgers with books and portals.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support month-end/year-end closings.
• Assist during audits by providing schedules and docs.
• Maintain vendor master data and policy compliance.
• Support financial data management, reporting, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in accounting, taxation, reconciliations, accounts payable, and vendor management. This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Prepare and file statutory compliances, including GST returns and TDS computations, deductions, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile GST and TDS ledgers with books and statutory portals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist during statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required schedules and documentation.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support financial data management, reporting, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Hands‑on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in Accounts Payable and Vendor Management.
• Experience in Bank, Vendor, Customer, and GL Reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic data analysis).
• Experience with accounting ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates will have an added advantage.
• 35 years of relevant accounting experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, Consulting, or Startup environments will be preferred.
• Self‑driven, accountable, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
