Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting, Balance Sheet, P&L and financial reporting.
• Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance and annual filings.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and government authorities.
• Manage AR and AP processes and reconciliations.
• Handle product costing, BOM costing and raw material cost analysis.
• Perform manufacturing cost analysis, cost-centre allocation and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly MIS, profitability by customer/product and gross margin analysis.
• Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation and slow/non-moving items.
• Support commercial teams with RFQ costing and pricing analysis.
• Provide financial insights to improve cost control and overall profitability.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage financial accounting, compliance, costing, reporting and commercial finance activities while supporting profitability and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounting, Balance Sheet, P&L and financial reporting.
• Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance and annual filings.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and government authorities.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Handle product costing, BOM costing and raw-material cost analysis.
• Perform manufacturing cost analysis, cost-centre allocation and standard vs. actual cost variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly MIS, customer-wise/product-wise profitability and gross-margin analysis.
• Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation and slow/non-moving inventory analysis.
• Support commercial teams with RFQ costing and pricing analysis.
• Provide financial insights to improve cost control, profitability and overall business performance.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in Finance, Accounts and Cost Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One / SAP / similar ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com qualification will be an added advantage.
