Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting & financial reporting
• Drive costing, margin analysis & profitability improvement
• Oversee inventory & stock control (FIFO, batch tracking, wastage control)
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
• Monitor cash flow & working capital
• Manage retail finance operations & POS reconciliation
• Lead & mentor finance team across locations
