Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, coaching, training and monitoring the local field force.
• Self-conduct door-to-door interviews and drive platform app downloads.
• Take full accountability for getting all assigned field tasks completed on schedule.
• Organize camp events, health screenings and execute product sampling.
• Manage vehicles, equipment kits and collaborate with Head Office.

Requirements

Position Overview

The Field Supervisor will lead field force recruitment, overseeon-ground logistics, and ensure the successful completion of all assigned datacollection tasks. This role involves both direct field execution and teammanagement, requiring regular regional travel.
