Job summary

Axis My India Limited is seeking a Field Supervisor in the West Region (Maharashtra, Nagpur, Pune, Rajasthan, Gujarat) to lead field force recruitment and oversee on-ground logistics. The role requires regular regional travel and close collaboration with the Regional Coordinator, reporting into Operations.

Responsibilities include training and monitoring the local field staff, driving app downloads, and ensuring timely completion of all data collection tasks while coordinating with Head Office.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in operations, recruitment, or event logistics is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 days per month.
