Job summary

Axis My India is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field force recruitment, oversee on-ground logistics, and ensure timely completion of all data collection tasks. The role requires regular regional travel across the NORTH region, with direct field execution and team management.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in operations or related roles, strong leadership, and hands-on coaching abilities, and will collaborate closely with the Regional Coordinator and Head Office.

Qualifications

• Availability for 15 days of travel per month.
• Proven experience in operations, recruitment, or event logistics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, coaching, training and monitoring the local field force.
• Self-conduct door-to-door interviews and drive platform app downloads.
• Take full accountability for getting all assigned field tasks completed on schedule.
• Organize camp events, health screenings and execute product sampling.
• Manage vehicles, equipment kits and collaborate with Head Office.
