Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard field surveyors in target areas.
• Coaching and supervising on‑ground teams during project execution.
• Conduct door‑to‑door social‑commercial surveys and assist in downloading the People Empowerment Platform (the “A” App).
• Carry out regular interviews with community members as part of ongoing data collection efforts.
• Execute product sampling and ground activations of organisational events such as marketing campaigns, screenings, educational camps, and awareness drives.
• Support in sample collection activities during fieldwork.
• Monitor daily field activities, ensuring data quality and adherence to protocols.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to field teams.
• Maintain operational efficiency within the assigned state, including gift and incentive distribution, vehicle coordination, tablet and material (kit) management, and on‑ground logistics and support.
• Work with the Head Office (HO) Operations team to prepare and carry out detailed project plans for smooth and timely execution; share regular updates, implement feedback, and take corrective actions based on field conditions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide coaching or mentoring support as needed; identify training needs and conduct sessions in both online and offline modes.
• Travel between cities and states for around 15–20 days each month to support and monitor field operations.
