Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Schedule: 6 Days/Week | 9 Hours/Day (8.5 Working Hours + 30-Minute Break)

The Human Loops is a Physical AI operations company supporting global AI and robotics organizations through data collection, annotation, teleoperation, validation, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operations. We manage our projects entirely in-house, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across every stage.

Role Overview

The Field Supervisor – Data Collection is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations across assigned collection sites. The role involves supervising data collection associates, ensuring collection targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with site representatives, and handling field equipment.

This is a field-based role that requires regular travel across Nagpur and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
  • Supervise and support Data Collection Associates across assigned sites.
  • Plan daily deployment and ensure collection targets are completed on time.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and productivity of field staff.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure data is collected as per company SOPs and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits and quality checks.
  • Verify camera setup, recording quality, and compliance with collection guidelines.
  • Ensure all required documentation and consent processes are completed.
Equipment & Asset Management
  • Manage cameras, SD cards, batteries, mobile devices, and other field equipment.
  • Coordinate equipment distribution, collection, and inventory updates.
  • Report damaged or missing equipment immediately.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Submit daily reports on collection progress, attendance, and site activities.
  • Coordinate with Team Leads, Operations, and Backend teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate field records and trackers.
Eligibility & Skills
  • Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field operations, supervision, logistics, surveys, or workforce management.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across Nagpur.
