About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and outcome‑driven manager with non‑IT companies experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin‑related activities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning.
• Performance Management: Enhance employee productivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback records.
• Learning & Development: Focus on coaching rather than training as Axis My India has daily PMS culture.

• Hands‑on, action‑oriented individual; not limited to communication but capable of driving initiatives to measurable outcome
